There are a few short comings, and the user interface is in need of an update (it's got the feel of a consumer product), but overall it works as advertised and most importantly, gives a professional looking prompter script to the talent. We've been using Flip-Q Pro from Prompter People for a number of years and have found it to be a solid product that has consistently gotten the job done for us. But you will not get better, faster, more attentive support than from this company - and, to me, that's the greatest economy of all Bill Rolland
There are lots of prompting solutions out there, even some that are cheaper. I sent an email to Prompter People support and within about 2 hours they'd sent me a link to download the latest, supported version of FlipQ.

I just updated my Mac OS to Big Sur and found that the current version of FlipQ was not supported by the new OS. I called Prompter People support - on the phone! - and immediately got a real person who solved my problem right away (weird formatting error on my part). I was on a job and could not get the prompter to run correctly and I had the CEO of a Fortune 100 company coming in to tape a presentation. I know they can't promise this to everyone but two quick experiences: 1. But for me best reason to buy is their outstanding customer support.
